Ron Rolleri, Esq. is Senior Counsel at Schwartz Ettenger, PLLC, bringing over 25 years of experience to the firm. His practice focuses on a wide range of areas, including corporate law, employment law, M&A, business succession planning and commercial real estate, among others. With a reputation as a trusted advisor, Ron has established close working relationships with C-suite executives, senior management and human resources teams. He provides strategic guidance on sensitive employment law matters, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Schwartz Ettenger, Ron gained valuable legal experience as in-house counsel for several international corporations based in New York City. Throughout his career he has held notable positions such as Associate General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, and even ventured into entrepreneurship by owning a small business before launching his own legal practice in 2019.
Ron believes that effective attorneys consider not only legal rules and requirements, but the needs of the client. Thus, he strives to take a holistic approach, viewing legal matters through the lens of the client's business. By positioning himself as an integral part of the client's team and working towards a common end goal, Ron builds trust and fosters long-term, successful relationships.
Ron earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Finance from the same institution. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as the Workplace Rights and Responsibilities Committee, reflecting his commitment to staying current with the latest developments in his areas of practice. Ron also serves on the Board of Directors of the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce.
