Lee also provides compassionate support through the probate and administration process. He has been appointed as a guardian ad litem in the Surrogate’s Courts across from New York, underscoring his reputation in the field.

Lee is a distinguished alumnus of Michigan's Ross School of Business (1989) and Brooklyn Law School, which complements his legal expertise with a strong business background. His dual experience as an attorney and manager of his family’s real estate business equips him to offer clients practical guidance and a deep understanding of their challenges.

Lee’s professional affiliations are extensive and include the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, where he is an active member of the Real Property, Business Law, and Trusts & Estates Sections. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce and participated in key committees within the Nassau County Bar Association, including the Real Property Committee and Surrogate’s Court Committee.
