Julie Genovese Kolm is a senior associate with the firm and has been in practice for over 10 years in the areas of corporate, real estate and various aspects of trusts and estates law. Ms. Kolm has experience in sales, acquisitions, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties.
She has represented landlords and tenants in leases for warehouse, office and retail space and has represented clients in all aspects of real estate purchases and sales. She has also advised clients in connection with real estate financing, including the restructuring and amendment of construction and commercial loans, and has represented developers of new construction condominiums.
Ms. Kolm has acted as a consultant to litigation counsel in real estate litigation and has experience in the formation and operation of limited liability companies and corporate entities.
Her education includes a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from Long Island University at C.W. Post (1999) and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law (2004). Ms. Kolm is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
