Audra E. Dehan, Esq. is of counsel to the firm and concentrates in the practice of estate planning, trusts and estates, elder law, real estate and general corporate law.

With over twenty years of experience, Ms. Dehan prides herself on remaining accessible and responsive to every client’s needs, with a personalized and hands-on approach to each legal matter.

She has experience working with clients ranging from those of modest means with elder law needs, to those with a significant net worth and more sophisticated tax needs. Ms. Dehan’s Surrogate’s Court experience includes probate, estate administration, accounting, ancillary and guardianship proceedings. She has also been appointed as a guardian ad litem in the Surrogate’s Court of Suffolk County in several estate proceedings. Ms. Dehan also engages in estate planning for families with special needs.

She is a graduate of Touro College Law School, a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida.
